We are looking for a Digital Media Buyers and Account Coordinators who will focus on Facebook & TikTok Ads to join our growing team. Someone who can hit the ground running from day one!
Responsibilities:
-Setup, optimize and manage the day-to-day ad campaigns
- This will consist of campaigns across ecommerce, DTC complementing marketing strategies both top of funnel and bottom of funnel
-Manage campaigns to hit client budgets and target KPIs
-Participate in weekly/bi-weekly tactical client calls
-Perform new business Facebook ad account audits
-Compliment Facebook & TikTok marketing strategy with client overall marketing goals and
cross-channel efforts.
Skills:
-BA/BS degree or equivalent media buying/ advertising analyst experience
-4-5+ years of experience with Facebook Ads (eCommerce) self-managing budgets of
$15,000+/month
-1-2+ years of experience with TikTok Ads (eCommerce) self-managing budgets of
$15,000+/month
-Experienced working with Ecommerce direct-to-consumer (DTC) based business
Comfortable with conversion tracking setup across Shopify, WooCommerce, and
Custom-built website.
-Experienced with conversion campaigns, tracking, app install campaigns, sdk, etc. Strong
communication skills, especially managing client relationships
-Solid knowledge of Facebook Ads and ecommerce
-Experienced with Shopify eCommerce businesses
-Proficiency at Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc)
-Prior agency experience highly preferred

SUMMARY: This Sales + DM Coordinator position requires you to be extremely well developed in all aspects of Sales. You will be sending and responding to DM's (Direct Messages) of clients looking to work with the Chappell Digital Team. As well with taking calls to onboard and overcome objections that prospects will have when working with us. You will need to have high level experience when it comes to understanding prospects questions and how to communicate what we will be able to do for them in a clear and honest fashion. The position requires confidence on meetings as you will be speaking with business owners for some of the largest brands in the world.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Overcoming objections prospects have.
- Following up with prospects.
- Building and scaling profitable PPC campaigns.
- Guiding the client in building new Youtube ads.
- Tracking client account progress daily.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 Years experience and/or $1M+ ad spend managing & scaling Google PPC campaigns.
- Understand all aspects of the Google Business Settings + Ads Manager.
- Understanding complete tracking setup process for Facebook ads.
- Ability to communicate results and plan of actions moving forward.
- Ability to effectively walk clients through what is performing.
- Live or willing to relocate to the Dallas Fort Worth area.
